Company description : KOMUNIKASI (COMMUNICATION & PROMOTION)
Position : Network Engineer and NOC( Network Operation Center )

Responsibilities:
1. Working as part of a support team, the NOC Engineer is
required to resolve and provide customer support to Network/Broadband/
Telecommunicatio ns issues for customers based overseas in a timely
manner.
2. Conducting analysis on Network Technical issues, liaising
with Technical Support escalation teams in order to maintain optimum
Network Up-time and minimize network downtime issues.
3. Responsible in network maintenance and provide some periodic
check of the solution like the configuration's solution implemented to
avoid the problems occurred as small as possible
4. Maintain the direct operations and security system to prevent
some fraud in the network's solution implementation Maintain the
performance of the solution in the good conditions such as explore new
software or new utility to update the network's solution delivered.

Requirements:
1. Male
2. Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering (Computer/
Telecommu nication) , Computer Science/Information Technology or
equivalent.
3. Fluent English and native Indonesian is a must
4. Strong experience in level 2 cutomer support and trouble
ticket escalation (at least 2 years)
5. Able to show network knowledge deeply, such as IP Networking,
Routing (Adaptive) and Addressing
6. Strong knowledge and experience in Routing protocols like
BGP, OSPF, IPX, SMTP, TCP, RIP etc
7. Hold a CCNA certification
8. Support of multi-vendor routers and switches.
9. Excellent communication skills and customer oriented
attitude
